Refund Policy

At Mama’s Melted Magic, every jar is handcrafted with care—and your satisfaction matters to us. While we don’t accept returns on opened or used skincare products, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.

 

✅ Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at mamasmeltedmagic@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item

  3. We’ll process your refund or ship a replacement as quickly as possible

 

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but not received. If this happens, please contact the carrier and reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help!

 

⏳ Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
